Thanks to his brother, Clay has been playing RPGs for most of his life. After years of creating game systems in his spare time, he created Wise Turtle Publishing in 2003 to produce the OVA Role-Playing Game.

Wise Turtle's origins are unknown, but he claims to have been around for millenia. To him, RPGs are among mankind's more "amusing" developments. Wise Turtle is also an incredible house of knowledge (and useless trivia) and takes to offering these nuggets of wisdom in his spare time. He's also well known for an ego the size of a small third-world country.
